Make secure locker able to be locked/unlocked from the inside.

Basically what the name says, the secure lockers should be able to be locked/unlocked from the inside. Either with ID or PDA. Basically the way to explain this is that secure lockers usually read electromagnetic wave or signature of the device like ID or PDA. In real life we have cards that have electromagnetic signature and they unlock certain locks(I personally have one at my uni as staff member).

So the thread should decided one of the things:

• Secure lockers cannot be locked/unlocked from the inside
  
• Secure lockers can be locked/unlocked from the inside using only PDA
  
• Secure lockers can be locked/unlocked from the inside using either PDA or ID.

I like this idea, you can already unlock lockers on Surface from the inside, which is really cool for hiding.
