Link the PDA manifest to the PDA messenger

Just put a button next to someone's name on the PDA manifest that opens up your conversation with them in the messenger. This is a quality-of-life change that I think a lot of people would appreciate, since the manifest automatically sorts people by department and the different style makes it easier to parse visually.

This would mean either listing Station bound units and AI on the manifest as well, or setting up a means to PDA them too, as AI/station bounds are also on that list in the messenger system. Could also argue that you can sort crew via lists already on the messenger app. Maybe have a ' Manifest ' button on there that sorts everyone out. Idk. Food for thought. Mmm.. food.
