Time of Incident: Real time: 0830 EST 10/27/2018 Location of Incident: Various Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: The CMO dressed in an extremely revealing outfit for the WORKPLACE Event issued by the Odin. When told to change by multiple people in Command, and being told by multiple crew that it offended them, they still refused to change. The Description of the outfit is as follows: White Wrist Bands A latex groin covering that left little to the imagination. When the HoS finally issued a Warrent, and Officer Shane Carson went to arrest the CMO, during a gimmick 'Hypno' session by Pysch Godswood. During the Arrest the Officer had a watch shoved infront of his face, the Officer flashed the Pysch and continued with the arrest. As the Officer proceeded to the Sub-Level Elevator, the Pysch ran up behind him and smashed a Cane into his head. Which resulted in the Pysch's arrest for Assault. After being processed and fined by Security, the CMO exited the Brig and continued to wear their outfit. PS. Can you confirm the Outfit was given to the CMO by a CCIA Duty Officer?
