Allow passengers to be able to open the exosuit interface

Imagine if your mech actually had a functional co-pilot that could help (or hinder) you while you pilot. Now put that in practice, and see how terribly it might go, but still giving it a chance could make mechs a lot more powerful with a functioning duo. Two people working in tandem could be a dangerous combination for the station, or the antagonists. However, I know this is unlikely, so I have an alternative.

Instead, add a co-pilot seat that allows this, and have normal passenger seats stay as-is where you're only along for the ride.
