Character Feedback: Nick Volvalaad

This is your thread to give me feedback of Nick. It will be mostly negative (probably?) Cause of how Nick behaves in some situations.

However, my plans are to continue with Nick, and eventually make him HoS

It's not an idea for tomorrow or even this month, probably not the next. I want a full story with Nick from being a hated officer to being a liked officer to being HoS
