Real Time: 0637 MST 06/12/19. Location of Incident: Cargo Department, Service Department. Witness of additional firearm-based misconduct as previously reported in 06/07/2461 OEaster-RDedrick. Overview of the Incident: Mister Roffe Dedrick engaged in misconduct via the execution of the station-assigned pet labeled 'Ian', during Code Green, in order to satisfy a personal bounty while there were no members of the Cargo Department. When informed that this may be subject to corporate stigma under i113 Animal Cruelty according to the definition of said Bylaw, he personally threatened me and insulted me in the public Security Channel. It is notable that Mister Rader, Captain, authorized the death of the animal with the intense insinuation that he would receive a portion of the Credit Payoff from the bounty. When confronted regarding this, Mister Rader ordered me to remain silent. He insinuated that, as Captain, he would not be subject to such a Bylaw, regardless of the definition of the Captain's authority in a non-emergency situation under Corporate Bylaws. Mister Leaz'oushz consumed Ian's gutted body after the fact, and attempted to silence me and encourage me not to report the incident. Mister Conway was a witness to the situation. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Keegan Rader, N.S.S. Aurora Captain. Actions taken: No action taken. Mister Rader is a offender in this report. Additional Notes:Mister Dedrick has an open Incident Report previously filed by my person regarding firearm misconduct. I feel he is not suitable as an employee to be trusted with a lethal firearm.
