Guest Marlon Phoenix Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 (edited) Quote Lans van der LaanseYesterday at 3:38 AM The station now does not store cctv footage. Lying in defence is now allowed, but lying to incriminate someone else is now oocly not allowed. We will not check logs, and if it is found out you lied to get someone in trouble, it will become an admin concern. I wanted to ask how this is enforced if CCIA do not check the logs? Does someone check the logs as a given? Are they only checked if a player raises a complaint about it? How will the player know that they were lied about? I want to make sure I understand. Does this mean it's an OOC issue now or? How can this prevent what happened to me from happening to someone else? Edited September 26, 2019 by Marlon Phoenix Quote
Brutishcrab51 Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 I think they have logmonkeys check to make sure everything in the IR lines up correctly before they go at an actual investigation, judging on experience with a recent IR after this reform. Quote
The lancer Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 If you suspect that someone lied to get you in trouble, you raise that concern to staff and then the admins will check the logs since it's an ooc issue. Logs will not be checked for any IC action. Quote
