BoryaTheSlayer Posted October 30, 2019 Posted October 30, 2019 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Melissa Al-MifsudJob Title of Reporting Personnel: Chief Medical OfficerGame ID: b3Y-cCoNPersonnel Involved: -Melissa Al-Mifsud, Chief Medical Officer: Victim. - Sterben, Surgeon: Witness. - Enan Omobolanle, Biochemist: Offender. Secondary Witnesses: - Avery Dawkins, Head of Security. Has been kept appraised of the issue as it was going on. Time of Incident: 7-9 PM GMT+3Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ X ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ X ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: The medical department was very understaffed at the time, and until Obomolanle's arrival it was only me and unit Sterben. We had received a patient prior who has received brain damage due to lack of oxygen, which, while minor, still made us medicate the patient with tramadol. Upon Obomolanle's arrival, however, I thought we would be able to solve the poor patient's health issue; alas, I was wrong. Immediately upon entering the department, Obomolanle went to the virology lab upstairs, isolating himself there, without a single word said to us. After my first request to synthesize the necessary medicine, I had repeated my request in a more commanding tone, upon which I received an answer, and I quote: "Talk to a pharmacist", and "I don't want to". The audacity to say that to one's direct superior had me dumbfounded. Upon my third request after I told him what charges would be applied had he continued his behaviour, he tells me that he's a Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals contractor, and therefore will not do something without a good incentive. This is not acceptable behaviour for an employee.Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Myself and the rest of command during the shift.Actions taken: I reported the incident to the Head of Security and security was called in to deal with the offender, who has shortly after that was done went SSD, and therefore has not received punishment.Additional Notes: The round type was extended btw.
