Banning staff member's Key: Sonicgotnuked, supposedly Reason of Ban: I play the psychologist, and occasionally I wouldn't get my role as psychologist - I was forced to play a visitor, and personally, that wasn't what I really wanted to do. So, at the round start, like many others who didn't get the occupation they wanted, they go to the cryopods to ghost. While there were two occasions where I needed to leave as psychologist due to the fact that IRL situations happened where I was needed, I tend to ahelp admins beforehand to prevent this very sort of thing. Another reason is because I did not play changeling correctly, and I killed a Detective too early, even though we were very short on time, and we had roleplayed prior beforehand. I'm not gonna worry about that though because I actually do kind of agree with the admins while also slightly disagreeing. I do believe I should've fleshed it out more, but I think the lengths they went to fix the situation was unnecessary and made it kinda awkward. Also, I realized how bad taste it is to do this as a psychologist - At first I didn't, because I didn't realize the importance, but I realized the psychologist is needed to clone people, and once players die, they can't be cloned, which is not fun for anybody. I realized how bad taste it is, and I'll be disabling antag on my psychologist character, and rather instead do antag on a more expendable character. Reason for Appeal: The reason I believe I should be unbanned is because for the Cryopods, at first when I dc'd, I always asked admins in ahelp if I could cryo, and they always stated "Yes." or "You don't need to ahelp to cryo." So, I took their word for it, and any time I wanted to cryo, I did so. Eventually, this got me a bad rep as I was considered "Cryos when doesn't get antag," which is false. I have stayed for many rounds where I was not an antag, and roleplayed with people. I have had a great time, because HRP is great. However, you're probably wondering why I'm not just content with HRP then - The reason being is because HRP can get a bit stale sometimes, and antagonist is great for spicing it up every now and then. Another reason I should be unbanned is because the antag banned related to the warning about the changeling scenario I got with the detective. First off, I do want to apologize for that. While I disagree with some aspects, I do agree with most of it. I fucked up, and I faced the consequences of a warning. But banning me from antag when I wasn't even on the server to try and defend myself, or at the very least, receive an explanation from the banning admin while in game, and rather an admin who didn't even ban me and was clueless, was a bit messed up. I didn't even know I was banned until I received a wizard role, and they had to revoke it from me round start. Like, that's just messed up. Finally, I do realize the error of my ways, especially while playing the psychologist. The psychologist is an important crewmember role to the ship, vital to saving lives, and keeping players in the game, and I failed to realize that, and ultimately, faced the consequences. If I am unbanned, I will disable antag on the psychologist, and instead enable antag on a different, more expendable occupation. PS - While I'm here, I was jobbanned from cargo for something I did late 2017 (i believe,) and I'd like to be unbanned for that. Honestly, don't even remember what I did to receive that jobban. I also waited around two weeks or so before posting a ban appeal, just to cool off, take my mind off things, and since I really did fuck up, face a consequence. Thanks.

The reason why I banned you from antag is because you have tons of notes regarding that specific thing and the specific round that I banned you had you at round start going inactive/SSD. I noticed a pattern and I acted on it. The antag ban is not just related to your antag play and that's not for me to decide if valid or not. I simply acted on previous note. I also don't really care if you play visitor and cryo round start, that's not why I banned you. Nor do I really care if you ready up as antag with your pshyc. This is your cargo ban: I'll be willing to lift both these bans based on the following conditions. You will not ready up if you don't intend to play the round as any job other then assistant/visitor You will not ghost out of your body or afk in a corner for long periods of time without using cryo when not an assistant/visitor You will not round start cryo on any job other then assistant/visitor You will ahelp if life is just life to avoid breaking these points and getting yourself banned. Failure to follow these two points will result in a permanent server ban being placed due to your extensive history with this issue. Do you understand?
