sonicgotnuked Posted January 1, 2020 Posted January 1, 2020 Reporting Personnel: Optikam Sukaas Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Paramedic Game ID: b4Z-cQpA Personnel Involved: Fernando Gonzales - Chief Medical Officer (Offender) Optikam Sukaas - Paramedic (Victim) Optikam Mhapikss - Visitor (Witness) Erick Silva - Head of Security (Witness) Secondary Witnesses: All other medical staff on shift due to direct harassment over medical comms. Time of Incident: 03:00 Real Time: 12:00 -7 UTC 1/1/2020 Location of Incident: Medical Reception and Medical Comms Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [X] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Fernando Gonzales is blatantly and purposely giving me insult by their misuse of my name. While Optikam may be a fine and common title people refer to me as, Fernando Gonzales twists my last name to purposely insult me and give me anger with 'Suckass' every single time they mention to me. When I try to correct them, they continue this unprofessional streak, even in front of multiple departmental personnel. The head of security told me 'Gonzales is being Gonzales' and to file an IR if he is to truly listen as they avoid having any resolution to this matter. On an earlier shift, I was speaking to Optikam Mhapikss as I wished to make introductions to one of my clansmates. They multiple times interrupted our conversation and rudely placed themselves into it. Due to our language barrier, we were forced to speak in Tau Ceti Basic. Eventually we had to move to the EMT closet due to the constant harassment at the medical reception desk as he purposely wanted us to move somewhere else. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: This was reported to the Head of Security Erick Silva and they refereed me their agreement to witness after Fernando Gonzales refused to listen. Actions taken: I have tried asking why they have an issue with me. I have tried to open conversation. I have tried to correct their misuse of my name with exact pronunciation they refuse to listen by multiple times. I have also tried having the Head of Security help open a dialog that they refuse to partake in. Additional Notes: I do not know what I did to deserve such treatment from my superior, but they are refusive to act professional in front of the entire department without ever stating their own reasons why they treat me like they do. This is my last option before I feel myself resulting to violence to solve this matter as I refuse to allow anyone to use my own emotion as their own personal entertainment.
