Overview of the Incident:

This one was scheduled to supervise the Research and Development department as normal when an announcement from Central Command was given alerting us of a Peacekeeper team returning to the station. This one was relatively uninvolved with their investigation or presence until he was alerted by the central intelligence of unauthorized trespassing in his office. He moved to his office to find the entirety of the Tup peacekeeper teams having cut the wiring to his door and tinted the shades while questioning Dr. Riori. He informed them they were to leave his office due to the sensitive nature contained within the department as well as the uplink to the stationbound synthetic units. They refused and there was little this one could do as they locked down the stationbound Kaiser (using the uplink consoles in his office). Security was not willing to intervene at this point due to the heavily armed presence of the Tup. This one withdrew to the labs when the Tup entered demanding he come with them for questioning. As he is not a citizen of the Jargon Federation or obligated to follow their orders, he told them he would not. They then proceeded to assault his person by striking him for refusing their orders as multiple Tup "peacekeepers" assaulted his person and his retainer Ms. Prulzorvich. In fear for his life he withdrew from their grasp and they open fired on him with lethal laser weaponry striking him in the chest. There was little he could do at this point as he had been shot and was bleeding from their physical assault with combat-grade hardsuits and so he was cuffed and dragged into the telescience bay. The bay was then bolted by the central intelligence and stationbound units present. Unable to move this one further, the Tups then resorted to drastic measures forcing a loyalty implant to the Jargon Federation upon this one without his consent or willingness and interrogated him regarding a xenoarcheological find Dr. Riori had uncovered a few weeks prior. As this one began to lose consciousness from bloodless and an armed presence from security preparing to intervene, the Tups released this one without removal of the implant which was only discovered later as it was device designed to burrow from the ear to influence thought processes to benefit the Federation much like our own loyalty implants.. The Tups were then reported opening fire on crew during the chaos that ensued and an emergency beacon was utilized followed by the deployment of Fireteam Phoenix to the Aurora.

Additional Notes: This one must note the outrageousness of this situation and the hazard crewmembers are being placed in by allowing the Federation Peacekeepers to return. Lives are at risk, others have already been lost, and only tragedy arises from their presence. He will not tolerate this assault on his person, reputation, and name to go condoned by NanoTrasen. This will be publicly condemned
