Zyrus Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 With the new bluespace beacon being a general godsend for mining, I'd like to request that this be added to the mining module. Stationbound already get an inbuilt satchel, this would be easy to put in.

Soultheif96 Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 I would like to point out quality of life things for Borgs would be: Medical/Rescue: Replace Syringe with Hypospray, it looks odd and sets me off when I use it. Mining: A bluespace mining bag, if it is going to walk in space for a while, may as well give them the best way to store things. Engineering/Construction/Mining/Rescue: Give them a magnetic tract (Magboots) to allow them to walk without falling but with a movement penalty, to help them stop falling. Not sure what else I would think on but these would help tremendously.

I plan to implement afew things in the future that brings just about all of this into effect, I won't remove the medical/rescue syringe since they already have a hypospray and the I'm p. sure you're actually supposed to store medicine you can't dispense at will (in your borgo hypospray) in that syringe, like dex+ (For rescue) as an example. Bluespace bag I'll look into. As for the magnetic tract thingo, I'm currently working on a PR to implement Chassis types (Light, Heavy, Flying) and split up appropriate sprites across them, and the magboot idea is going to be the key feature of the Heavy type.
