niennab Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 (edited) Reporting Personnel: IRU-SentimentJob Title of Reporting Personnel: Forensic TechnicianGame ID: b7v-bWL9Personnel Involved: IRU-Sentiment, Forensics Technician (Idris): Witness Imran Zadeh, Chief Engineer: Witness Sergey Tarkov, Warden (Zavod): OffenderSecondary Witnesses: IRU-Cardinal, Officer (Idris): Was partly present during the dialogue between the Chief Engineer and the team. Evrart Luukanen, Officer: Witness: Was partly present during the dialogue between the Chief Engineer and the team. IRU-Zenith, Detective (Idris): Would have heard the communications over the Security radio.Time of Incident:Real Time: 1400GMT 06/05/20Location of Incident: Outside the doors leading to Investigation's stairs.Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ X ] - Misconduct [ X ] - Other: Multiple ThreatsOverview of the Incident: After an incident that warranted the questioning of Chef Amanda Miller, Warden Tarkov as well as Officer Bennet Barnes demanded to be present during the questioning, demanded Miss Miller follow them instead and remarked on Zenith and I harboring a bias. As such, given the high stress nature of the conflict and the belligerent demeanor of the two, this unit as well as IRU-Zenith attempted to move Miss Miller to the Detective's room in order to move her away from the conflict and proceed with the investigation. While in the staircase leading to our offices, Warden Tarkov first attempted to gain entry by placing himself in the doorway. When demanded he leave, he instead demanded that we open the door or he will force his entry, not soon after Warden Tarkov asked Officer Luukanen to acquire a rifle from the Armory and made further threats as to forcibly opening the door. The station was on code green. Due to Warden Tarkov's and Officer Barnes intrusion, this unit was equally unable to move upstairs in order to dust a piece of evidence. This was when I requested the assistance of the Chief Engineer, believing he could: diffuse the conflict. Moreover, Warden Tarkov stated that he had authority over the department. While the Chief Engineer listened to the story, Warden Tarkov continued to make threats towards entry and arming his person over the Security radio. Ultimately: the Warden actively disrupted the investigation and prevented an interview by being a threat. The incident surrounding Chef Amanda Miller was dropped.Submitted Evidence:Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: This unit called upon Chief Engineer Zadeh to assist in defusing the situation since there were no additional members of command aboard.Actions taken: Chief Engineer Zadeh defused the issue and ordered the Warden as well as another Officer to stand down.Additional Notes: The starting conflict pertaining to this issue ((involving an Officer, not the Warden)) was handled in an ahelp. As such, I am uncertain as to how to weave it into the narrative. I confirmed with admins afterwards if, based on what transpired, if I should file an IR.
