JershMersh Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Valentine Kassel Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Crime Scene Investigator Game ID: b7A-apYq Personnel Involved: Ronald Monday, Security Officer Secondary Witnesses: Doctor Neith Mekesatis, Doctor Eris Heydar'Fayez Time of Incident: 19:00 ST, 06/10/2462 Real Time: 00:30, 06/10/2020 Location of Incident: Pool, pool bar Nature of Incident: Assault/battery, general misconduct [ ] - Workplace Hazard [x] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [x] - Assault [x] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: After I explicitly stated to Ronald Monday that I cannot swim, he forcibly put me in a lifeguard vest -- not a life vest, a lifeguard vest with no flotation device built in -- without asking. I told him I wasn't interested in learning how to swim right then. He completely disregarded me and tossed me into the pool anyway. As stated, I do not know how to swim. At all. I slid across the bottom of the pool, inhaling water all the way. When I got finally wrestled myself out, I could barely breathe. I choked out a few choice words at Monday and made it to the elevators before collapsing from lack of oxygen. Medical staff Neith Mekesatis and Eris Heydar'Fayez happened upon me in time. They had so little medication available that they had to give me several inhalers and injections worth of dexalin, and even then they still had to put me on an external air supply just to survive the shuttle trip home. Submitted Evidence: N/A Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: No. I tried to get the warden's attention in person, but he did not respond to me at all. I lost my radio somewhere in the confusion, and the Head of Security was not on the shuttle to my knowledge, so there was no one available at that time to speak to. Actions taken: None whatsoever. Additional Notes: None. Edited July 14, 2020 by Bear Report says this happened in June, not may
