Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I got to play AI briefly before the whitelist was implemented, and it was a lot of fun doing something that could help out in such a manner. Putting all my knowledge of the game that'd I've gained over like, a year and a half, to the test as fun. Its just very enjoyable to me, in a weird way.

Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they? A few notes, nothing serious. No warnings.

Do you understand your whitelist is not permanent, and may be stripped following continuous administrative action? Of course.
