CatsinHD Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Reporting Personnel: Saanudr’arr Jurl-Kiimak Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Cook (Idris) Game ID: ccD-aa5D Personnel Involved: Saanudr’arr Jurl-Kiimak - Cook (Victim) Jim Roebuck - First Responder (Offender) Briony Dillard - Head of Personnel (Witness) Secondary Witnesses: None Time of Incident: 14:31 6/19/63 Real Time: 21:31 EST 6/19/21 Location of Incident: Kitchen, Medbay Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [X ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [X ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ Overview of the Incident: This one had joined the shift late due to a late shuttle. When she arrived, she found a messy kitchen and even messier freezer. Inside the freezer was a Rafama who had been roaming about. She can’t quite remember how, but the Rafama had started to rush her down and attack her so she ran out of the freezer and kitchen. She called for help over the radio and the first person to arrive was Briony who she remembers started to shoot at the Rafama. This one couldn’t run anymore since she fell onto the ground and was in too much pain to get up. She remembers a few security officers and a cargo technician arriving just as Briony killed the Rafama, though, but no medic was present. A minute or two later the medic shows up, Mr. Roebuck, and starts to drag her on the floor before dropping her arm and running off. He returns with a roller bed that had an IV and computer thing stuck onto the end. He then rushed this one off to medbay without any medicine and only started doing CPR when she was in the middle of the medbay. Thankfully, the surgeon had arrived to give her proper medicine and treatment. She unfortunately had her arm removed because of how much the Rafama damaged it. Submitted Evidence: None Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [X] - Yes [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: No. She was not in a state to report her issues and had to be sent back to Odin. Additional Notes: The Incident time may be off since she can't quite remember the exact time it happened and has nothing to note down the time.
