Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about:I think role play is making a game as realistic as possible. So say a game like this it is 2D but there is lots to it so you can make this game a heavy role play because it is so complex that you can do lots with a job or a item. That is what make roleplay, well roleplay.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?:The purpose of a head of staff is to make sure the staff under them work smoothly, and that if something goes wrong they can work together with each other to resolve the situation in the best way possible.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?:Making a mark as others who want to play better or advance to heads themselves. I got to the point where I thought I was ready to be a head myself from watching, observing and learning from heads. I hope that I can become more like the people I've observed.

Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Mars. The fourth planet out from Sol and one of the most populated worlds in human space. Olympia is the planetary capital of Mars located within the Galle Crater Terraformed Zone and a place Jack was born. 15 January 2425 he took his first breath of air. It was a memorable day to his parents Elina and Adam O’Keefe. He grew up in a complete family, he was smart and man so her parents decided to send her to Olympus technological school in 2431. At the age of 17 he finished his education and decided to find a job. Unfortunately for him at that time it was a peak of unemployment crisis on Mars and he had no choice but to move to New Concordia.

New Concordia is the station on Mars orbit with a well- developed infrastructure where majority of senior administration facilities and personnel reside. He settled down there and started to look for a job. After a while he was able to get a janitor position in one of the most prestigious restaurants. It was a hard time for him, but he was not discouraged. As a result he took over his position after proving he worth it and finally were able to start a fulfilling life. Besides his work, he became interested in Sol Alliance Stock Exchange. Mars' economy is developed and mixed, with it's largest industries being orbital construction, mining, salvaging and a small but rapidly growing hydroponics industry. A lot of people(and not only) were making huge money out of small investments to raw materials stock exchange.

Everything was finally settled in his life and he really enjoyed it, but his heart was empty. He was young and full of ambitions mixed up with thirst for adventure. Days were passing, clocks were ticking and nothing changed...until one day the "gentleman" entered the bar. That "gentleman" offered what he wanted.

What do you like about this character?:He is not afraid of much of anything and he is always up for a challenge

What do you dislike about this character?:He sometimes is in a bad mood and will not be nice to people and sometimes he drops something

Do you think this character is fit to be a Head of Staff?:Yes

Why?:He is very good at learning a new job and if he does not know something he will ask not just do.

How would you rate your own roleplaying?:I think me R.P. out of 10 i think i will put me self on the scale at 8/10 because i some time type say “say because i did not remember that i had typed it before and sometimes i miss spell words

Pyrotechnics has posted four applications for Jack O'Keefe now. Pyrotechnics has continued to keep Jack O'Keefe almost entirely out of security since some point around app 2 or 3. If anyone wishes to post on this thread, it would be wise if they read the previous three.

I said that Jack O'Keefe needed to change in order to be a functioning member of Security. I believe Jack O'Keefe, as he stands now, is completely incapable of functioning as a Head of Staff. Nothing would make me happier than to see Jack O'Keefe change into a character that I could trust, but this has not happened in the weeks since the first Head of Staff application regarding Jack O'Keefe.

Jack O'Keefe beats prisoners to the point that he himself is put in handcuffs. Jack O'Keefe spends extended amounts of time as an EMT and Hydroponics worker in addition to his time as an abusive warden. Jack O'Keefe, according to this and every other application he stars in, is more than qualified to be a janitor on the Aurora. This story also mentions that he completed his education at the age of 17. Did he stop learning there? If so, he would not have the qualifications to work in advanced positions of authority.

For many reasons, this character is incapable of being a head of staff.

I do not approve of this application.

You have yet to tell us:

1) What skills your character has.

2) What department they even work in.

3) Which head they are going to be.

4) Schooling and qualifications, besides the "finishing at 17", which Loow has also addressed.

If you're going to keep making whitelist attempts without vaguely trying to cover these basics, then I don't see why you should ever be given one.

Okay. Well.. Pyro I hate to say it but it's just one of those times where you have to start from scratch. It seems to me that Jack O'Keefe has a really bad rep. Alongside that I feel that you need to improve with having a responsibility in a job before going ahead and trying to lead one.

Until you fix these problems like Blue said, I can't support this application, nor do I really want to.

I'd say start a character from scratch, build a reputation, don't abuse your job, and you are golden, sorry friend.

Pyro, you know i like you as a player, ive got alot of time for you..... but.... your characters would not make a good head of staff in my opinion, i think you definitely have what it takes but i suggest you create another character to try taking a head position, I would also be very happy to endorse your application if you could work on it because i want you to get the chance to play as a head, i believe everyone should get the opportunity but at the moment i cant endorse your application.

I hope you listen to everyone's advice, improve your application and you will be able to get there.
