Caelphon Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Djorrno Jahkonihr Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Bartender Game ID: cl0-bPKl (round after) Personnel Involved: Captain Rosewyn Edweyne (Offender) Security Officer Nasya Rahal (Witness) Security Cadet Si'raya Mratiir (Witness) Hangar Technician Rrhaz'meir Ahkaan (Victim / Witness) Real Time: 12:35pm (GMT+2) Location of Incident: Bar Nature of Incident: [ x ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ x ] - Neglect of Duty [ x ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ x ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Throughout the shift, he and Rrhaz merely were partaking in hedonism, enjoying a few drinks together and smoking. However, roughly halfway through the shift, he decided to gift the two aforementioned Tajara a traditional gift. The Head, Heart, Liver and Thighs of a Farwa, butchered as per regulations by the Chef (Joseph Coldsmith) which he didn't think needed to be introduced as a witness. He gifted this to both Nasya and Si'raya, alongside a recipe on how to cook these pieces of meat (baked with Messa's Mead and a sprinkling of honey). He noted that Si'raya enjoyed this gift, thanking him for it. Which is why he was confused when the Captain came to him, and served him an injunction / restraining order. The Captain barged into the Bar, where he was serving Rrhaz. They then placed two bundles of paperwork on the table (which he has attached to this Incident Report by taking pictures with his PDA) and wouldn't explain what it was about, despite both of them asking what it meant! He then read it, and tried to understand to the best of his abilities, following which he told the Captain that its alright, and they may depart (alongside the other members of Command at the time). They, however, refused and the members of Command began to block the exits, to berate them what they did was "unusual" and "weird" despite this being a traditional gift on Adhomai. He also believes it violates his ability to work for Idris Incorporated, and the greater Conglomerate, as he also needs these animal cubes to produce items -- such as blood, for certain types of drinks. He told this to the Captain, who ignored him. He then told the Captain they were making him uncomfortable by blocking the exists, and questioning him as if he was some kind of common scum. Rrhaz can attest to this. After what seemed like forever, the Captain left after calling him petty. As per the injunction, he was not allowed to interact with the two Tajara, he asked the Captain if it worked both ways - as in can the two seek interaction with him, or is only he restricted - and they merely said it only applies to him. So to not violate the injunction, he banned the two Tajara from the Bar. He believes this is an unfair action against the two Tajara, who announced on the common radio, that they did not want the injunction nor did they seek one! This seems purely to be an act from the Captain, regardless of the feelings of those involved. However, he felt it was necessary to uphold the injunction, which he believes to be an act that creates a hostile work environment as he now has to tell customers he cannot serve them specific drinks, and has to ban people who do not deserve to be banned! Additionally, Rrhaz was not involved in the gifting process, so he is unsure why they were even on the injunction? Rrhaz tried to tell the Captain but they were having none of it. Submitted Evidence: Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [ ] - Yes [ x ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: He could not. The Captain was the reigning authority, and despite requesting them to waiver they refused to even acknowledge him on the common radio. Actions taken: He was to file an Incident Report.
