Overview of the Incident: Returned to the medbay after a minor injury treatment to find Caladius, Paas, Zohd, the Station bound Mara, and Dr. Muwonga debating science's current project. The station bound as stating that it could not preform the RD's order due to it causing innate risk to crew harm, stating a law violation. Caladius then proceeded to follow the order or she would "blow it up on the spot" and began to count down. This one came over to intervene and figure out what was going on. Apparently, science wanted to cut off the limbs of a Ra and "temporarily" put them on a proto-vaurca for their own sick enjoyment stating it was perfectly fine because they had a waiver. The station bound then reported that Zohd had been misinformed of the procedure, risks, and coerced into it through bad faith engagement with science as well as stating this procedure would only serve to actively harm crew. This one asked the RD to leave, due to them disrupting the entire operation suite, and disrupting all of medical and our capacity to treat patients which remains our priority over science projects, along with Dr. Muwonga, to which the RD refused to leave saying they had the surgeon's "permission" to be there. Calling Dr. Roberts as well as security, Caladius then opted to leave, as Roberts learned the truth of the experiment and found it heinous as well. This one questioned how this was sane, to which Paas began making racist remarks about it being true that Zhan must have lower intelligence then the rest of Tajara which was witnessed by Dr. Muwonga. Dr. Roberts went to speak with Zohd, learning that Zohd had indeed been lied to about the procedure and the risks, as well as Caladius telling them only one limb would be altered while Paas revealed that they had intended to actually remove all of the Ra's limbs essentially crippling the vaurca during a time which we had no machinist, let alone specialist machinist to make replacement limbs for the bulwark should this have failed. This was all reported to Captain Grey who did her own investigation and did not feel comfortable pressing past the matter because science had a signed waiver despite the victim admitting they felt coerced in hindsight. Thus he is following her direction to file an IR so this is handled. Caladius and Paas showed no care for crew wellbeing, any measure of sanity, or any forethought in minimizing the risk of their procedures. This behaviour is not their first episode of strange frankenstien like transplantation per Avelka S'rrenikir, and this must be put to end before more crew are subjected to their depraved experiments and permanently crippled or worse.
