Reason for complaint:

Right, as foreword, it is not just the round mentioned above that was just in all honestly the round that made the barrel overflow for myself. This is sort of a Character and Player complaint in one.

It's a lot of time that I had to put up with it now, from both the side as Antagonist and as Crewmember. Hans is a very, very unreasonable and inconsistent character that makes decisions nobody would actually even consider. It goes from things like him constantly walking through the Medical Bay with an Exosuit in a round, then telling me "No, it is red alert" when asked to leave (there was nothing happening in medical) over the constant use of excessive force against people up to just straight up validhunting and being the first to join a Mutiny against Command if they try to go with any Merc teams gimmick.

Hans surely is not the only security character like this, there are many more that act completely unreasonable with some things going completely against the type of character they play, but he is one of the prime suspects of this. Even if armed and whatever not (Adrian knew Wrestling and started throwing hands at Hans in the above picture, then tried firing a tachyon rifle, which the (as I was told by XO, Captain and Investigator ICly 'totally reasonable') response to was just completely unloading his mag into him pb.

There's not much other hard evidence of any actions I currently have, I'm probably gonna start recording my rounds from now on just because of this and start uploading as necessary, but it's just not cool. There's no way to excuse what happened in the pictures above for example and this is not the first time it happened - things like these happen a lot of antag rounds and are just shrugged off by antags because they think it is normal at this point. I highly doubt I am the only one having these complaints, since I've heard of players just not wanting to play some of their characters anymore with the current manifest.

Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation?
- I did Adminhelp it, Matt handled it or well, I was told it was handled. What actually happened in the end? I do not know.

Were the pictures from the round he supposidly shot people in surgery as a antag? just to refresh my memory.

If i am allowed to bring another incident in question, which wasnt A helped etc as just a chracter witness.  I got decapped by him as a changeling antag  for trying to spring another changeling, i only shot at him and tried to kill him not using any ling abilities i think are noticble. (if adrenilin sack is noticlbles, just ignore me) My incident was on 30/05, cant tell you round Id, but some logs do exist to prove i was shot by just people talking.  (i think noble who reacted to the post could be witness)

(so i think im allowed to comment as i was involved in one of his accused exessive force incidents, as well as maybe being a witness to the screen shotted incident above)

Not sure why this complaint was made - what you adminhelped was handled, in that there was an actual issue and it was taken care of. I don't typically tell people the exact details of the punishments I dish out.

I did mention that you handled the issue that I 'mainly' brought up - what happened in the round was just what finally brought me to making the complaint, it was not just the issue within the mentioned round, I took the screenshots just as an example. It's the generally bad play from him within Security that I witnessed over a lot of rounds now that being his use of excessive force against antagonists round after round and generally validhunt-y behavior.

This was handled in round by Matt firstly. Likewise given the player has since been security job banned, I don't really see what else there is to do here.
