How long have you been playing on Aurora?: Over a year, Just back into it last few weeks,.

Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I think I'd do well, and have learned a lot, also heads are very important, and I like the idea of being an important part of the gameplay

Why did you come to Aurora?: A friend of mine recommended it after I didn't like the "Diet RP" on many servers.

Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Role play is the act of giving an appropriate response to a given situation, in the view of a character you've created. Roleplay should not only be realistic and reasonable, but interesting, leading to a further development in a situation, never bland, and should always contain a signature. Roleplay should also be immersive and enjoyable for all involved, while giving a good reason for what you're doing in your character's respect. Powergaming, metagaming and the like are strictly off the table.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: Ensure that things are running smoothly, No Icly in OOcly, as well as micromanaging any concerns of an assistance nature. Most importantly displaying an example for others to follow. Also making sure that people are managing their roles well, and make sure they know what they are doing. If in doubt, instruction is always important. Alongside this, an appropriate, friendly and cordial approach in OOC is important. Assisting in any queries relating to assistance in OOC, for example any help a new player might be involved in. Above all, an example of good behaviour in OOC is always important, as well as on forum activity and showing involvement with the Aurora experience.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: To again, provide an example for other players to follow, and deal with any non-admin related queries. A solid knowledge of the game is vital.

Character age: 40

Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs):

Born on Mars in 2417 Paul and his brother James were brought up in the lower residential slums of the capitol. After receiving no education, they decided to embark on a more adventurous career on New Magnitka, working for the mining camps. These were met with serious complications as the prisons that were installed on the same planet were fuelling with revolutionary rage. The two brothers were caught up in the revolutionary movement that swept through the planet like a cancer. During one of the chaos filled riots, James was killed by a furious explosion caused by a suicide bomber, one of the prison revolutionaries. Paul was also gravely wounded in the same incident, but was found by Nano-Trasen officials, and in return for feeding information about the rebels, Paul was offered re-constructive surgery and prosthesis. His eyes, and right limbs were rebuilt and repaired, as well as a new pacemaker assisted heart was transplanted from an anonymous donor.

After the riot war on New Magnitka was over, Paul was sent by Nano-Trasen to the Security Academy, and following proper testing, qualified as a crime scene investigator, and managed to climb to the rank of detective, within the NT security force. His speciality is interrogation and questioning, as well as his intuitive approach to apprehending suspects. He also has displayed effectiveness in active patrol duty and dealing with criminals face to face, showing apt skill in subduing.

What do you like about this character?: His Straight-shooting style of crime fighting.

What do you dislike about this character?: He often goes "off the books" in some situations.

Do you think this character is fit to be a Head of Staff?: I do

Why?:, He has a serious knowledge of corporate guidelines, and is a very capable leader, showing initiative in many situations in the face of adversity.

Please provide well articulated and argumented answers to the following questions.

How would you rate your own roleplaying?: Honestly, my RP is very good. My only downfall is the fact that I read into situations a bit much, as well as my slightly aggressive, hands on approach to Roleplaying.
