I forget fully why these were restricted to the light armory aside from technically allowing you a few extra slots with drop pouches. Personally I think they balance themselves out due to making it a bit more inconvenient to swap armor or into EVA gear. Though I am biased because I want to be able to carry all necessary security gear without having to always carry a satchel. Quote Link to comment

Just like Gary, I maybe biased as a Secmain, but these vest holsters never get issued or used really apart from one or two officers who specifically ask for them once in a blue moon. I certainly haven't seen anyone specifically ask for or even receive the holster while I've been on. Just adds a bit more flavour and functionality to Sec loadouts while offering only a minor buff, really. Don't reckon it'd exactly be an overpowered addition. Quote Link to comment
