Spawn the round with strange plant nodes in Xenobotany

Basically what says on the title. Xenobotany is pretty limited once you figure out the whole plant genome if there are no hangar technicians to process your order. It'd be good to have 5 or so random nodes at roundstart to bypass this. This wouldn't render those cargo orders unnecessary since, if there's a technician in the round, a xenobotanist will still need a wider population of xenoplants to find interesting traits and chemicals.

I don't have any issue with this at all. Xenobotany isn't played as much as I'd like and if this can attract some more botanists, then by all means. In rounds where operations isn't staffed, it is indeed rather dull not to be able to get any such seeds.
