Overview of the Incident: It was a fairly busy shift, with drones and radiation storms occurring and disrupting the standard activities of the crew. Upon hearing Avelka S'renikirr(further addressed as First Responder) call out over common that an unidentified person was reported on the suit sensors to be dying in maintenance, the assumption was made that somebody ran into maintenance drones. Swiftly, I responded and met with the First Responder, and thereafter we ventured into maintenance to locate the individual.

Upon arriving at the scene, however, we found no drones; we found, instead, a man surrounded in Solarian patriotic paraphernalia, pills of Mortaphenyl(and potentially other drugs), suffocating in a chair in one of the rooms in maintenance. Though he had no identification visible at the moment, I quickly deduced that it was Joey Brooks, who had managed to get into maintenance during one of the radiation storms. The First Responder quickly ferried the dying man to medical, where treatment took place(and the identity of the man was confirmed).

Submitted Evidence: Given the emergent nature of the situation, I had no time to take photos or collect medical scans from the medical department. However, the past incidents on Joey Brooks' record should serve to confirm the drug abuse described in this report as a repeating pattern.

Additional Notes: Given Joey Brooks' status as a passenger, I believe his continued presence on the Horizon is a continued detriment to his own health, given the ease of access to various drugs(especially if one searches through maintenance long enough).
