Overview of the Incident: Constantine Patts had reported an odd sound coming from the deck two bathroom. The sound seemed to be alarming as it seemed like a very loud banging sound was being heard. Me and Hound responded, but the bathroom door was bolted, we lacked an engineer to unbolt it so I had to go fetch a toolbox with a welder in it. Due to the emergency like nature of the situation, I had to cut open the side of the bathroom wall without proper eye protection to get inside. Inside Charles Hemsway was found with his skull split open, and blood pouring from it. Charles Hemsway was found overdosed on Minaphobin, judging by the empty bottle he had taken all the pills at once, then started to smash his skull repetitively into the door until the point of near death. Once brought into the brig, it was also found he had a pair of brass knuckles on him, that he had failed to give to security. He was rushed to medical, and given treatment. Also earlier during this same shift Charles Hemsway was found with a Group 4 drug, Mortaphenyl, which he also overdosed on and used whiskey to swallow said pills, he was brought into medical in a extremely poor health. He also after all of this, around the end of the shift opted to steal two prisoner jumpsuits, deface his workplace by drawing on the floor the word "DIE", fled into the maintenance tunnels, and when found, fled from security and had to be forcefully detained.

His contraband, both the Mortaphenyl and Minaphobin bottle, along with the brass knuckles he was hiding.

Photos of the incident involving the bathroom and the effort security had to go through to get Mr. Hemsway out. Note, all the blood is from Mr. Hemsway. For any working in the HR Division who are squeamish about blood, I will put the photos in an attached file so if you do not wish to see blood, you can let one of your colleges instead look over it.
