Add Bauxite and Galena ores to surface level mining

As title says, these are the ores used to make the new added metals Aluminum and Lead, currently they don't spawn like typical ores (gold, silver, diamond, etc.) and can only be found using the large industrial drills that drill underground. The quantities you get are negligible usually, and this is the only way to get them since they can't be ordered either (this might be another solution?)

Thoughts? Could even just increase the underground mining yields too?
