Forum warning Reason for complaint: The thread explicitly states that OOC suggestions are counted as well, not only IC ones. At the time that I posted my comment, I don't think anyone had suggested Beta Marax I, which I did, commenting "Beta Marax I, because I love gambling." This was meant to be funny, but it was also meant to be participating in the minigame. I don't think this warrants a warning. Evidence/logs/etc: From the Warp Lane minigame post: Quote You don't need an active Bridge/Command character to take part. However, IC suggestions from active Bridge/Command characters have an intrinsic +1 heart. OOC suggestions are accepted from any player. 2

While the Thread does state that OOC suggestions are also welcome, I was approached by another user that saw your post as just an OOC meme post, which I have to agree with in that regard. Thus it’s not relevant to the thread in my eyes and doesn’t belong on it, there were plenty of others actually engaging with it. That’s all I’ll add, Bear can take his stance on my decision making from here.
Bear Posted September 10 Posted September 10 After reviewing the complaint, Campin and I have decided to uphold the original decision by Loorey and leave the strike in place. While I understand you had a suggestion in there that does respond to the original post that does accept ooc responses, it's hard to read it as anything other than a "meme post" when it's a singular line which is mostly a joke then a serious reply. It was the only one of it's kind on the thread which was otherwise a serious post attempting to garner meaningful feedback both in and out of character. We encourage people to interact with the forums, but effort should be put into the post beyond a one liner joke. Unless there is anything else I will close this in around 24 hours.
