Past Experiences/Knowledge: Currently I have a bachelor in software development, alongside having previously been on the dev team. Most of my actual work has been what I made for the server in the past though, as shown below.

Huge +1 on this. Left the server for a while and upon returning immediately started bug fixing all manner of issues that had fallen by the wayside on top of adding a number of QoL changes & new assets.
