Overview of the Incident: This report stems from events on the Tartarus site. Not to go over the whole situation, but in short, the Captain decided at last moment that the survivors we were rescuing would be a hazard, some sort of psiren beacon. They ordered they be taken off the Intrepid and left to rot, marooned. That's not what I'm reporting here, though. The survivors were moved off the Intrepid and some of the crew rightfully saw it as the death sentence it was so they gave them a sidearm or two to defend themselves. One tried to take their own life at the rear of the Intrepid, but failed and only caused wounds and a terrible bleed. The guwan tried to give them aid but the BC, Carnaro, decided it better to kill them outright and so shot them several times with a carbine, which only burned the poor bastard till they fell over from the pain.  Then Carnaro pulled out an energy knife taken from one of the eyes and bent over the wounded t'finish the job but was pulled back into the Intrepid before anything else happened and we took off.

Submitted Evidence: No evidence but m'own cognition. Plenty of witnesses but I've put the ones down I can remember in this report.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why? I had the Warden start the process of warrants and getting charges going once we got back to the ship, but the shift ended soon after.
Actions taken: None so far due to the end of shift

Additional Notes: Can't say I can argue with the spirit of Carnaro's actions, but the only thing they ended up doing is making the poor bastard's passing more painful.
