Item Function(s):

   - Poncho accessory, primarily going over a hardsuit

   - Decoration, non-functioning knife

Item Description:

   - The tattered remnants of what seems to have once been a poncho, featuring a myriad of tears, light burning, and stains throughout it. There has been some attempt to keep it from falling apart with basic stitchwork.

   - The gutted remains of what was once an energy knife. This one has what seems to be a chipped eye on its handle, as well as seven deliberate scratches on its side. The button to normally power it as well as any electronics once housed inside have been entirely gutted, and the blade itself has been dulled and chipped at. 

Why is your character bringing this item to work?:

   - The poncho was originally usul's work uniform until getting swiped at by the geist on the adhomai arc, since then, it has been a renamed item she kept for luck and has worn on her hardsuit since becoming a paramedic, at this point its been through several major arcs and has been shot at quite a bit, so it's not doing so hot. It's still her good luck charm

   - She found and used it a few times during the boneyard, and wanted something to remember it by as a reminder of the entire mission to the sea, as well as another charm to keep on her person.

How did your character obtain this item?: The above answers this

What value does this item have to your character, and what story does it tell?:

   - Quite a bit, its been with her for years now and through nearly every major mission shes been on with the Horizon, especially more recently with the arc in the sea

   - Less so, but she does want a reminder of her time out in the sea that's more then just booze she can't drink from the varous places they've raided and isn't a literal trophy like an eyes helmet.

The items are fine although I think the knife needs some touch ups + potentially in-hands if you like that kind of thing. While weapons can't really be requested, this one would be fine if it does no damage and you use it responsibly. I presume that's the intent anyway given you have it something that's broken.
