Overview of the Incident: Security thrawler programs have flagged keywords as innapropriate in the SCC relay for the Horizon. The words ''SHIT'' ''ASSHOLE'' and ''FAT'' in close proximity of the word ''ASS''.

After human review these findings are deemed to be innapropriate and have caused alarm and distress for the victimized party, these corrolate with the theats of violence that were issued in person during deployment on the planetary surface of the Tajara homeworld during humanitarian efforts.

Employee Pewter commited to a weapons check after a vicious alien wildlife attack on Adhomai whilst protecting SCC affiliated employees and local natives of a settlement. Employee Dresden took offense to the weapon check that was conducted in a safe area with the weapon pointed in a safe direction. No weapon discharge was noted as the weapon was on safe.

Employee Dresden decided to vent her frustration stemming from the security weapon check by issuing threats of violence if they saw employee Pewter conduct another weapons check like this of simmilar nature. Multiple expletives were also used to convey her displeasure at the security situation.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why? : The security situation on the ground demanded full attention, alien sapients and wildlife were attacking our perimiter and innocent lives were at stake. The heroic and brave actions of the internal security team were the primary pillar to prevent catastrophe induced from outside actors and thus could not focus their attention on other matters such as the verbal abuse and threats of violence issued by doctor Dresden.

Additional Notes:

This conduct is clearly not becoming whilst employed for our great Conglomerate of Corporations. I can understand that being a doctor can be stressful at times and some conduct can be given leeway when in a tense situation. However, Doctor Dresden decided to post these harrasing and innapropriate messages to our relay when she was off duty and clearly not stressed. 

I would not dare to suggest that I would know better then our trustworthy and hardworking internal affairs agents but in my professional opinion doctor Dresden has anger issues. She is irate and prickly and for increased cohesion and cooperation in the workplace I suggest she attends a corporate course on sensitivity and anger management to help alliviate these concerns and help prevent them in the future to foster a more safe and happy workplace environment.
