Reason for complaint: Behaviour unbecoming of an administrator.

On Crescentines lore developer thread, Dea had took a snippet from a private conversation between herself and Cres. Which, I find, without at least notifying the other person, is a dick move in itself. I had pointed this out to her, that "It is a snake move" To which Dea had replied something very personal and hurtful to me, with full knowledge of it. It was completely unrelated to the topic, which my so called hipocrasy was of no use to the topic. Once I had responded to the topic, requesting for professionalism, she edited both her comment and mine to erase all traces of what she had said, from her original post, to Cres and I quoting it and replying to it.

Evidence/logs/etc: If the story behind her comment is required, I will glady tell it in a personal chat.

How about we keep personal gripes out of staff complaints? Because whatever's going on between the both of you is not particularly incriminating for an administrator at all. Whatever happened, was a real life issue. Not an in-game or on-server issue.

Whatever is going on, I happen to know about, but I'm not going to touch on it, as it has nothing to do with the server and none of it happened on the server.

I highly doubt whatever you two have said to each other pertains to whether or not Dea is an effective or becoming admin. It unfortunately, for you, has no relevance in this case.

I would implore all of you (this means everyone viewing this thread), right now, to stop taking shit that upsets you directly to the forums rather than having a civil discussion with the other side about it first. Please talk to people first.

Seems to me like you took a jab at her (not a terrible one), and she decided to hit back a lot harder.

People should be nice to each other. And I say this as someone who's perfectly willing to air other people's dirty laundry when it's relevant to a cause or issue. It's clear that Dea was frustrated at you because of something you previously did, but I just don't find it had its place here.

Seriously people just need to chill.

Edit: Delta ninja'd me, but as a reply to his post, I basically think this complaint is an appropriate course of action because nobody (staff or not) should be resorting to personal attacks unrelated to the matter at hand on the forums.

I took the time to get over what was said before making this thread. I made this thread because an admin should be able to either,

A. Reply in a professional manner or,

B. Not reply at all

It sets a poor example to the rest of the community when someone who is ranked so highly in the server starts taking shots at people publicly.

Taking pot-shots at people to initially flare up such a reaction (towards an admin, no less) is definitely a good way to set a good example for the community, then?

Please, go on, elaborate on how you believe that move was justified.

My "pot-shot" was related to the topic. As someone who Cres considered a friend, she went behind her back and posted the shots. However, the point of this thread is becase a completly unrelated topic was brought up, by an administrator none the less. An administrator did this. How people perceive me doesn't affect how people view the staff of this server, However Dea doing it, people will think "Oh wow, they allow people like that to be staff here? Nah I'm outta here."

It could've been written more eloquently, but it honestly seems to me like nanotoxin was simply sharing his opinion there - an opinion that was related to the present issue. He didn't call Dea out personally, but simply expressed the opinion that posting private skype logs was distasteful. I don't personally agree with him on that front, since the logs were related too, but I don't think anything but his tone can really be held against him.

I'm pretty sure Crescentise can speak for herself on the matter, but for the sake of everyone else's sanity, let's try to avoid bringing in people for testimony or whatever unless they actually have a desire to do so. I don't see her complaining, what's your issue? Besides, you know, attempting to represent other people when they didn't even ask for it.

This is an issue because they were an administrator bringing up a concern, apparently." Well, okay, but this doesn't make any sense at all.

3.) Wow. Okay. Let's dish out additional rage and lashings because that's productive. What do you mean, people like that? That sounds even more petty than your initial jab at Dea in the LoreDev thread. What the fuck, dude?

I'm not quite sure where you got the fact I wanted to leave from? I was meaning that from the point of view from the people who come on the server/forums and see the administrators acting no better than everyone else.

When I said people like "that" I was meaning those who, clearly, are easily angered and lash out at a small insignificant thing. I was not "Lashing" or dishing out "rage" what so ever.

While yes, Cres is more than capable of defending herself, I however, do like to voice my opinion. There's nothing wrong with it, clearly, as you're doing for Dea now.

I replied to the concern seperatley from the way the concern was brought up. The way it was brought up, to me, is distrustful and seems to me like a stab in the back. I said nothing about me being upset with her concern.
