Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct Overview of the Incident: Earlier in the shift, the warden David Jackson stepped out of his post as warden without any formal demotion or command interference. Later, he was found in possession of security gear; hud glasses, a security headset and a stun revolver, also Safiya Isra claimed that someone was using the security bot to chase her, then the gear was confiscated by me and a warning was given to him. Later I spotted David Jackson, at the bar, in possession of another stun revolver, but due to more important matters, I was unable to stop him. And then, people at bar reported him touching and harassing Safiya Isra and pointing the stun revolver to the civilians at the bar. He was arrested later, but, the security gear was not found and we were unable to investigate the matter due to a crew transfer. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA?
