Remove E-sword Block Rate.

Perhaps we should make a new shield type. Only blocks melee attempts, but projectiles still go through-and-through. Super robust CQC but god awful when the other opponent has a ranged weapon or other leverage.


Like how it should be, right? You can still manage energy-sword-fights between traitors in this way.


Reduce by one TC, done.

You're describing the riot shield.


That's got little relevance to the esword, though. Why not remove projectile block from it and let it block melee?

I literally just said-


IsShield blocks both projectiles and melee. Riot shields block both, as it is defined as a shield.
