Guest
Though she only began to sprout up recently as a competent security officer, I'd say Sarah Scott is a solid character and the person playing that character is as equally capable for playing her in a command role. +1, just remember that certain captains aren't very tolerant of mistakes. I can definitely teach you the basics of Head of Security and how to run a bunch of bitchy manchild redshirts and whip it into a shape where it's a solid, well-oiled machine. From there, though, it's really up to interpretation on how to run the department. Show escalating amounts of force and respect, and you'll be respected and feared for what you do. Link to comment
K0NFL1QT
David showed her everything she needs to know. Shout loud, move quick, and if in doubt, busted knees don't let criminal scum escape very well. Link to comment
K0NFL1QT
+1. Kon has appeared to me as a level headed player, and general good roleplayer. Sarah Scott is a level-headed Sec. Officer, and probably one of the few I trust. K0N is a good, smart, thoughtful, creative, and all-around pretty awesome roleplayer- and if Sarah isn't right for the role, they could easily make a new character more fitted to it. So +1 on this. I feel Kon would be able to play HOS fine but I do not think Sarah would suit the role so +1 from me as long as a different character is made for HOS or Sarah is altered slightly +1 from me, but only if you up your character's age. Though she only began to sprout up recently as a competent security officer, I'd say Sarah Scott is a solid character and the person playing that character is as equally capable for playing her in a command role. +1, just remember that certain captains aren't very tolerant of mistakes. Okay, so, in order to meet the demands of those who have given the time to offer critique, I am increasing Sarahs age by a massive two years in order to meet the NT standard for Heads, putting me in the 'Five Plusses' safezone. This will, however, result in a minor character quirk where she is completely loyal to NT but slightly resentful of being held back for two extra years due to age being apparantly more important than merit in the considerations of NT higher-ups. Guest
I believe you need a networth of five plusses. I dunno, though. Link to comment
Rusty Shackleford
I don't think the plus rule is in effect anymore. It's up to the staff to make the final call. Link to comment

Rechkalov
+1 I've only met Sarah of your characters (well, and got a few glances at NG), but she always left the impression of being one of the few truly... human characters. Capable, but empathetic and with her own head - not to mention forthcoming. edit: I pray that means what I think it means in English I think that if, on SS13, a sight of a security officer actually does calm you down and reassure you that things will be alright, it has to count for something. K0NFL1QT
I've taken a shine to my true love, Engineering, again. So I will likely have Hope Whytestar fill in as CE off the back of this application as well. Link to comment
Lessick
Considering the character's background and experience, it is acceptable for her to be 28/29 (whichever you had it at), and you do not need to age her up immediately. And if you do age her up regardless, you don't have to play it like she'd been held back arbitrarily. Regardless, application accepted. Link to comment
