Aye, along the lines with what Hive has said. By dismissing the issue as your character having been psychotic, you display that you've failed to read the server rules still. What we need from you is a little more: You need to show that you've understood why you were banned, and explain how you will avoid this in the future. Please update your application to the correct format, and make the adjustments I've suggested, please.

I was the CMO of that round where you were banned. First attempted victim and Ahelper after you tried to spray me.

In joining that round you made your way to chemistry. Went around spraying people in the halls to empty a spray bottle. Then returned to chemistry and ground all three shards of plasma and poured it all into a now empty spray bottle. When you were confronted by 2 doctors and the CMO standing outside chemistry asking what you were doing. You ignored them. Then just before you opened the door you said something along the lines of "Nothing." in response. You then attempted to spray the CMO with liquid plasma. You then ran into the central hall and attempted to do so to several other people.

From what I gathered from the moment it happened in game. Your character was not seeming /psychotic/ during any phase of this incident from my perspective, There was no provocation from what I could tell as it seemed pre-planned. LOOC info from one of the doctors also informed me that you were chucklefucking the round that had finished just prior as well. I simply took you as a run of the mill chemistry griefer during the incident.
