Character names:Chive, Rook, and Gary Hughy.

What times are you available? In GMT: 5-9 pm on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

Do you have any experience with Moderating? Or similar. Yes I was a moderator for my Wow clan.

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer?I think that it is a really neat way to help the community as acting as a duty officer is an Ic way to carry out ooc complaints, and because of this I feel that this would be a great way to help give back to this great community.

How well can you handle stress?I handle stress pretty well.

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer?Being a duty officer is a way of helping the community in a healthy way as well as being a rp device for characters intentionally played assholey in order to provide conflict for the crew. It is also a way of dealing with ic problems that can upset players when it is not something breaking server rules but is breaking Nanotrasen rules.

How active on the forums and server are you?I am on the server at least once a week and I visit the forums everyday.

Anything else to add?I really would enjoy this opportunity to help give back to the community thanks for reading and feedback is appreciated.

What times are you available? In GMT: 8PM to 3AM, I believe. If GMT is 5 hours ahead of EST.

Do you have any experience with Moderating? Or similar. Not really, unless you count a small bit of Internal Affairs.

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer? Its a role I haven't played, and a role I want to learn. Its like an IAA that becomes part of command, if not above command every now and then within a round with certain issues. Thats how I interpret it, anyways.

How well can you handle stress?Well enough to not let it affect me fulfulling my Duties as a well.. Duty Officer.

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer? It means to be one of the guys the crew fall back on if IAA, Command, and/or Security just can't handle the situation, while an ERT isn't necessary. Make sense?

How active on the forums and server are you?I check the forums every now and then but rarely post. I've been a little inactive lately on the server but I'm playing a lot more now.

Anything else to add?Not really.

Character names: Elena Raschnikova, Berislav Tarik, many others I either don't play or play rarely.

What times are you available? In GMT: 5 PM GMT to 12 PM GMT

Do you have any experience with Moderating? Or similar. Yes. I applied for a moderator here on Aurora a while back, but didn't get it due to being too vocal about my opinions. It's fair, considering it was a bit too stressful for me too begin with. Not my cup of tea.

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer? It provides new RP opportunities, however rare or small. Atop of that, I think my experience playing head roles on Aurora has made me fit for this role and I have shown ability to be unbiased, or stating that I am when it is the case.

How well can you handle stress? Personally, I'm someone who's been under varried, but constant stress for the better part of last 10 years. Considering the circumstance, I think I'm handling it well. When it becomes too much, I'm able to unplug and clear my head.

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer? You are your boss's boss. You overlook the status of Aurora and provide guidence from Odin, when needed. When incidents happen that are beyond the ability of IAA or Security to investigate, you are called upon to handle it through your own investigation.

How active on the forums and server are you? Quite active on the forums, to the point I've read a vast majority of it at some point. Stuff still slips my watchful gaze now and then, so bringing them up to me is a good call. As for the server, I've been less active lately due to personal issues and duties I've been having, as well slight aversion to RP due to burnout. I've only recently started playing again, usually a single round per day.

Anything else to add? Nope.

Edit: Minor freudian slip, just fixing it.

What times are you available? In GMT: Around 8:00PM - 3:00AM GMT

Do you have any experience with Moderating? Or similar. No I don’t

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer? I feel like it a really cool way to help solve issues that people have with things that go on ingame in an IC way. Another reason why I want to be a DO is because I like being in Internal Affairs but I don’t really have the power I am hoping for while handling situations between the crew.

How well can you handle stress?I can handle stress pretty well. I don’t let things get to me.

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer? You basically have the final say in things that happen during a game. If you get a fax from an IA talking about an antag that was caught you are the one who is able to decide what happens to them. You are basically something for the station to look up to for guidance when the situation is beyond their control or if they aren't sure what to do.

How active on the forums and server are you? I am very active on the server, usually on every day. I check the forums at least twice a day.

Anything else to add? Nothing really, just that feedback is always nice.

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer? Because I think it would be pretty cool to reply to paperwork and the like

How well can you handle stress? Very Well

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer? To be a Duty Officer , is to reply to faxes sent via command/IAA , etc. it also means to be an asshole and stick to a strict protocol , while keeping everything (mostly) RP and ICly based

How active on the forums and server are you? Moderately to Extremely

Anything else to add? Nope

I applied via PM. MY laptop is inoperable for the forseeable future and as such my time, both in game and on the forums, is going to be very limited due to a shared PC. While I'd still love to do this, I'm not sure that I can. Maybe next time recruitment rolls around I'll make it. I fixed things I think.

Character names: Chris Blade, Edmund Blade, Rayne Blade

What times are you available? In GMT: 12:01 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. GMT majority weeknights with extensions to 5:01 a.m. sometimes. Weekends I can devote a solid eight hours wherever the rest of the DO coverage is lacking, but would definitely prefer 11:00 a.m. GMT to 5:00 GMT.

Do you have any experience with Moderating? Or similar. Not really. A little experience mediating disputes. Making solutions that work for everybody.

Why do you want to be a Duty Officer? I had wanted to be one in the 3rd wave recruitment, and I did sign into that, and I believed, I still believe, that the DO Corps. has a lot of potential to motivate people to be IC, settle their disputes IC, and give an overarching reason to be good employees. It creates kind of a "metagame" wherein your actions on any particular shift matter, and that's important to retaining good players who want a good community.

How well can you handle stress? I handle it. I'm 25, I've got a job that has me under constant (rewarding) pressure, and so the stress of a game or a disrespectful IC player, that's all small stuff.

What does it mean to be a Duty Officer? It means being the person that's willing and able to step in and correct situations that command staff were unable to address. It means making the experience on this server more for every player.

How active on the forums and server are you? I was inactive for some private circumstances, career and life related, now I'm back and active at the times I've noted above.

Anything else to add? I'd like to apologize to just about everybody for my failure to really keep up with the third wave. Money was tight, life was looking pretty dim, and I was juggling a lot. I had to drop something, and I dropped Aurora.

But if you folks have room on your team, I'm interested & ready.
