Real time: 1:00 - 1:20PM GMT 12/29, 12:30 - 2:30AM 12/29

Location of Incident: Holodeck, Brig

Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____

Overview of the Incident: I, Jimmy Jones, was boxing people in the Holodeck and I was winning every single fight. However, last night, Salkov stole two toolboxes from me and threatened me and gave me an "order" saying "No more toolboxes." He purposefully went out of his way to take every single toolbox, both in my hands and available in Tool Storage and the Locker Room, behind airlocks where I didn't have access to, just because.

The same shift last night, I had managed to get my hand on one, because again, he cannot issue orders like that, and I walked back to the Holodeck and mister Salkov was standing there. Without a word or even hesitation, he withdraws his taser and begins shooting at me. I duck and weave, wrestle the taser from him, and empty the entire thing into him, though there were only three shots left. I then dropped the taser on top of his body, and said "Stop, I defended myself." Only to be wordlessly peppersprayed by Salkov once he woke up, brought to the Brig, and given a fifty minute sentence for defending myself, the Warden (Jim Calhoun), issued me said time, and included "Grand Theft" and "Assault" in my crimes, despite me saying again, I was defending myself from a clearly corrupt, legitimately horrendous Security officer. I was not so much as interviewed in Processing. I was wordlessly stripped of all of my items by a Cadet, and left in the cell for fifty minutes. I was then threatened by the Warden, and I quote, "I'll bounce your ass off these walls if you cause trouble for my Officers". When I told the Head of Security this, Walter Brooks, he responded, and I quote, ""That's fine, let him." Even though I had stated multiple times to the HoS that I had not even been interrogated regarding my crime, that I was wordlessly put inside the cell by a Cadet and stripped of my things, and was only defending myself from a rogue Security officer, he evidently would have been willing to let me be abused by his Warden.

Cut back to the shift that had just transpired. Pyotr Salkov, assigned to the station as an Officer once more, saw me boxing with a toolbox (It is for safety reasons as I only use my right hand for boxing, using both hands places the other individual at risk) and wordlessly came in, stole my toolbox as I was fighting, said "No toolboxes!" and left. He was ordered by miss Taryk to give my stolen property back, yet of course, he refused, and I had to get it myself.

This is a gross misuse of authority on the Warden, the HoS, and Pyotr's account. Vira Taryk was an exceptional Head of Security, and should not be the focus of ill-will. These three individuals that I have listed are an atrocious example of station security, and I would very much appreciate their jobs being put in question.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?:
