This, this or this. Will this change anything in-game, like Shells being forced to wear collars and DO's being really strict about it? Or maybe this stuff when you're examining someone "This is Cat McCat. It's a Tajara.". Or shells (shell=/=ipc) not being allowed to work in security and as a head? Or it's just a lore background that does not really do anything with in-game things?

the collars will be implemented ingame, da. No one will have it instantly, though. We want to RPz it out. It'll act similar to this, yes:
