Time of Incident: ~9:00 PM

Real time:16/1/2458 ~21:00

Location of Incident:Primary Hallway

Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment [x]Assault []Misconduct []Other _____

Overview of the Incident: I was standing in the hall watching a small group of security employees. Having just approached, I stopped by the window to observe. Bajadi Amani, an unathi security officer, came close to me.

Then the other officers closed in and stared into my face. I hadn't said or done anything up until this point.

Then the unathi clawed me on my arm, and when I didn't react, he tried again. A fight broke out between him and the two other employees, during which he tried to claw me again. I ran away, and, eventually, one of them interrupted the fight to stun them all. That officer was Sullivan Brooks, who began to beat and repeatedly stun Bajadi.

After that, I left them alone. A tajaran cadet was there. Her name is Kanza Al'Falak, and she bore witness to the entire incident. She observed, bewildered, and then asked me what had happened when the fighting stopped.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: (Name and rank) No. I was an IAA agent at the time and reported it myself.

Due to lack of response from most parties involved. This report is closing. The reasons given by Mr Brooks give us no further reason to further that issue presented. On the matter of the assault against Sak'ha, while Mr Brooks managed to corroborate events, the lack of interest from the complainant. Given what was reported is classified assault with deadly weapons, the lack in furthering this issue with security, or command, and disinterest in replying to the Duty Officer Corps while taking up their time. We can only take that the issue was exaggerated and not as a significant issue as first purported. No actions will be taken from this issue.
