Equivalent to hiding in a disposal unit to hide from security. It's shitty as fuck. What you call shitty, I call clever. Could just solved by giving the cryos a feature that on examination, shows you whether or not the occupant is SSD/ghosted/etc. Could even add a little light to the sprite or such that blinks a different colour depending on the occupant's status.
