Appealing Personnel: Sslazhir Yinzr

Specific Incident: Incident report: 2/27/2458, Sslazhir Yinzr

Action taken as a result: Termination of employment.

Action contested: Termination of employment.

Reasoning for contest:


I do believe that the central command affairs was too hasty in their decision, and did not take in consideration my explanation and reasoning behind the incident. If taking a situation of extreme stress and emotional that does not reflect on the regular behavior of myself as an employer in the three years I have been working with NanoTrasen, with one of them being only with the Aurora crew, I can reach the conclusion that firing me would be a great loss, where there is a total lack of incidents of similar nature, when mostly of the time my efforts and sense of duty was commonly praised by my co-workers, as well by certain agents of the duty officer cops in one of their drill exercises.


About the investigation in particular, I was not informed that Ana Roh’hi’tin, or more personnel involved in the incident were questioned about the situation itself. And besides that, I do believe that I am a valuable employer and I have little desire or reason to be malicious in my work. Above all, I wish to have another chance to show that I can be trustworthy and my presence in the security team is beneficial and among the crew of the NSS Aurora/Exodus itself, even if it is under restriction or any other means proposed by the internal affairs of central command.

Following a review of your case, the Duty Officer core understands that the events that transpired were caused by intense psychological stress, and were not entirely within your control; however, due to the occurrence of this, the following conditions will be placed upon your reemployment:

-You will be permanently barred from all security positions until such time as you are no longer a danger to your fellow crewmembers.

-You will be required to pay damages to Doctor Tyrone Deshaun not to exceed seven thousand credits.

-You will be required to undertake a mandatory psychiatric evaluation.

-You will return to the employ of Nanotrasen at one lower payment grade than your previous employment record.
