Various QoL improvements for Mining

I borrowed a cargo train from Cargo a couple sessions today, and it makes working with the drills a LOT easier. No more making three trips to set up the drill, now you can only make one! Well, techncially two if you include the ore crate, but a four car train could fix that problem easily.

Also, a power cell charger inside to recharge RIG batteries would be nice as well.

Or you can go full powergame, deconstruct the drills, carry all parts in boxes and metal and pull your orebox with you.

Though i agree carrying drills is a greater use for the cargo assistant crusher tug than carrying easily disposaled crates
