Mission Statement

The Independent Health Advisory Board shall work towards increasing the overall health and safety of all NanoTrasen employees during their work aboard the NSS Exodus, and provide Central Command Internal Affairs, and Station Command possible programs, initiatives, policies and reports on which to act upon, implement and consider.

Who we Are

A group of medical, nutrition, engineering and security professionals that are dedicated to ensuring that NanoTrasen employees work in the healthiest and safest environment possible. We are completely a suggestive body, with no binding authority or official relation to Central Command. We are however endorsed by Central Command Internal Affairs and have an official Liaison from their division.

What we Do

As seen in our mission, the Independent Health Advisory Board is a group of employees working with NanoTrasen as an independent, non-binding review board, that looks at current station-situations, and provides program ideas, possible initiatives, and policy/regulation revisions to Central Command Internal Affairs and Station Command. We also offer our services to do independent health and safety reviews while on board, at which point we can make a report for CCIA or Station Command.

Our Executive

We are overseen by a hardworking team of professionals, hand-selected by our current Chairperson, and approved by a quorum of five associate members. You can see who occupies these positions in our membership registry found below.

Alert System

At bi-monthly meetings, the representatives are required per our manifesto to provide the entire board with a set of alerts for their respective area. The possible alerts are green (nominal), blue (minor issue or major issue developing) and red (major issue), with each step up elevating in seriousness. Alert levels dictate how the board will operate it's meetings at the point of statement and until the alert is changed. The alerts will also be shared on this hub in official notices.

Our Manifesto

Our organization is based on guidelines recorded in our manifesto, available HERE for viewing.

The manifesto can only be changed by a super-majority vote of the entire board, and may only be altered directly by the Chairperson or Secretary; or in their absence, the CCIA Liaison.

Membership and Registry

Within the board, we have two forms of membership, executive and associate. Executive members are members appointed to select positions outlined in the manifesto, or a specific delegated role underneath an executive themselves. Associate members are the primary group of the board, and operate as the voting body. Associate members help the executive create plans, do independent reviews and accomplish other important tasks.
