Time of Incident:

Real time: 8:50~-9, ETC. 7/21/16

Location of Incident: Library, brig.

Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty [X]Harassment []Assault []Misconduct []Other _____

Overview of the Incident: He was attacked by someone in the library, and fought back against them. Later security was called, and Officer Stine said she didn't feel like dealing with this because it was 'petty.' When he said he wanted to press charges, she instead arrested him, and forced him into cuffs even though he would come along peacefully. He was put into the brig for five minutes, and attempted to talk to the HoS security, but they never responded, and he thinks they may have been SSD at the time, as they never appeared on the transfer shuttle. When he started asking for the HoS, Cline came back to his cell and increased him time to 60 minutes, and the person who attacked him never saw brig time. The AI Big Brother witnessed that his time was increased to 60 minutes.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?:
