DatBerry
Reporting Personnel: Rob j. Oster Rank of Reporting Personnel: Assistant Personnel Involved: - Poslan Kur'yer-Isra, Cargo tech (offender) - Jo'zah Sanni, Cargo tech (offender) - Bob Springtong, Assistant (victim) - Hanira Yishu, Head of Personnel (witness, involved) - Sharp Max, Head of Security (witness) - Manfred Hayden, Chief Engineer (involved) - Azza Nazkin, Security Officer (witness) Time of Incident: around 4:30 station time Real time: Location of Incident: Cargo Lobby Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct [x]Other: Hindering Productivity Overview of the Incident: Me and Bob came to the cargo department to order a electrical maintenance crate, there were vendors broken and throwing things at crew all over the station, the engineering department was understaffed or busy, and so these vendors needed fixing, when we made the order, poslan silently denied the order, when i demanded a reason he gave me 4, that it was engineering equipment, that i was a assistant and i shouldn't be assisting, and that it would use the gloves to hack things, talk about baseless assumptions, so i made a second order and went to collect stamps, i got the HoP's stamp, that poslan should answer directly to, the HoS's stamp since he argued it was a security risk, i tried getting the CE's stamp but he was too busy running around, after asking the captain at the time, they told me that cargo should be HoP's business, the captain quickly went to cryo afterwards and didnt get too involved. so i head to cargo with the paper, and they STILL refuse it, bob calls security because they were basically failing to execute an order, i111. after much argument between the tajara security officer and the two cargo technicians in their language, the security team also made sure the stamps are valid by asking the heads, yet poslan heads to the HoP office to argue even more, wasting even more time, in the end the CE gave the HoP his approval via command radio or something and the very ineffective cargo team finally ordered the crate. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: no official paper work was made because by the time we were done the shift was already ending - Additional notes: the incident took over half an hour, effectively letting all the vendors empty their stock, by the time me and bob were finished with the ordeal all the reported broken vendors had emptied their stock. this level of un-helpfulness, stubbornness to be useless is just at a whole new level than I've ever been met with in cargo, this isnt just your everyday neglect of duty, this is refusing duty, and at this point i wonder why they're even hired.
