Give maintenance drones T-Ray scanners

Title has the request. It's a lot easier to follow piping and wires with a t-ray scanner to make sure everything is kosher when you notice power or air isn't flowing, than it is to have to uproot every single tile following a wire (Plus people tend to think you're a malf drone if you're uprooting tiles and ahelp you or kill you).

Its filled with suggestions anyway. I try to send controversial ones here, this didn't seem such, and ita 5 minutes work, and github makes a decent to-do list for things we've accepted and plan to do
