How will you use this to better interact with crew and/or stimulate RP? As said, its coming from the "best years" of Helmut, and a simple question about the coat, either "why is it blue" "what is CERN" or something like that will start Helmut on explaining his story there, and where did he got his experience.

It's neat, but the only thing that strikes me is that it just seems like a strange token to carry over, a labcoat. Maybe even a safety risk depending on the work environment. Something smaller, like a lanyard or an armband would make more sense, but I guess a labcoat makes sense, considering that it's more noticeable so it's more likely to come up in conversation. Does it have any other distinguishing features aside from the blue collar and the label across the pocket?

In term of sprites, nothing more (I mean, you're kinda limited...). But on the pocket, there's the CERN logo on it (aka the desc).

However, a lab coat is usually something that get "accidentally stolen", but are also nice to wear (Trust me, 100% Cotton labcoat are amazing).

Character-wise, the labcoat remind him of his "glorious hours" there, allowing him to get a bit of rest from NT's bureaucratic hell.

Problem with armbands or similar is that they are kinda "invisible" to peoples, even when examinating (people don't give a fuck about that, they only care about thing covered in blood to start calling sec on you), where a "Blue collar labcoat" is more visible, more rare and more suggest to the question "Where did you got it?" (Its also fashion, isn't it.)
