Overview of the Incident: Near a crew transfer proceeding, Captain Elim Castel ordered the arrest of Samara Kaytem, Engineering Apprentice, for breaking into the teleporter and stealing the hand teleportation device. Upon my arrival at the scene, I found that the teleporter airlock had been damaged, and was able to force it open with a crowbar. I moved inside, and noticed the hand teleporter was indeed missing. I moved into the teleporter and found myself on the construction site, with Samara standing in the airlock leading to the greater area, hardsuited in standard Engineering EVA gear. I ordered her to stop where she was and step out of the airlock, however she immediately cycled the airlock, cutting me off. I returned to the station by use of the construction site teleporter, and landed in the bridge. While speaking with the captain about expanding my access to allow pursuit, my Commanding Officer, Veriqua Les-Quelen, prepared a voidsuit for herself so that she could assist me. During these preperations, Samara teleported onto the bridge. The captain and myself both drew LTL firearms and subdued her. I then applied restraints. After a cursory search, she was found to be in possession of the hand teleporter, as well as a steel fire axe that she claims she took for the purpose of killing carp, despite three officers having been tending to such throughout the shift. I myself escorted engineers to most breach sites personally. If requested, I can provide a list of engineers that I accompanied outside to watch over. During transfer proceedings, Samara proceeded to call for her superior, the Chief Engineer, Bassam Saqqaf, for legal assistance. He could provide none, and as per my orders issued by the Captain and Head of Security, transferred her off-station for processing onboard the NTCC Odin. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: - Veriqua Les-Quelen, Head of Security: Whiterabit - Elim Castel, Captain: Brayce - Bassam Saqqaf, Chief Engineer: Juani2400 - Additional notes: I can confirm as an Administrator online at the time that these actions were not related at all due to antagonist involvement this round.
