Move Dionae Seeds to Xenobotany only

It's weird that gardeners meant to solely supply the kitchen with food, and other facilities with flowers, can grow aliens.

You can't change the genes, neither use them, of the dionae nymph seeds, pretty much useless to the main work of xenobotany.

However, you can totally cook them, which makes them quite useful to the chef in the kitchen!

I don't mind 'em where they are, even if they are literal xenoflora.

True, but they are both xeno, and botanical. They are literally an alien sentient plant.

And maybe we SHOULD be able to change their genes. Hybrid dionae ftw.
